Transcripts If you were born prior to 1989 - you will need to contact the District Records Office. You may contact them at 626/795-6981 Ext. 283. We have transcripts for all current students. If you no longer attend Pasadena High School we also have transcripts for those students born in 1989 and later.Payment There is no charge for current students. For all other requests - the cost of each transcript will be $3.00 payable by cash, cashier´s check or money order to Pasadena High School. Official Transcripts These are transcripts that are sealed in an envelope. Official transcripts are mailed directly to a college/university. Requests in person Current students must have current PHS or CIS ID card in order to pick up a transcript. Photo ID is required for all other requests. There is usually a 3 - 4 school day wait for transcripts. Requests by mail Name used when you attended Pasadena High Schoo, your date of birth, year graduated or dates attended, exact address of where the transcript should be sent, a copy of your photo ID, and a written signature are required.
